The delivery cost will be displayed on the order page before payment is requested.
Processing time
For Guaranteed Shipping Options, orders must be received before 2pm. If received after 2 pm they will ship the next business day.
For Non Guaranteed Shipping Options, orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Please Note: Delivery times are not guaranteed (unless otherwise specified) and are subject to several other factors including SALES, National holidays, carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, product availability and credit card authorisation.
Tracking my order
We dispatch all parcels using Royal Mail/Herms/DHL or an alternative courier depending on the size of your parcel. All UK orders are sent via Royal mail/Hermes recorded delivery or an alternative courier, requiring a signature upon receipt. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel otherwise you will be left a calling card.
International orders
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders are shipped DHL/TNT delivery and takes up to 3-5 working days or more to receive. If you would like anything shipped faster please contact us before placing the order. The best way to calculate international postage is by weight. This website has a funky widget built into calculate the postage based on your purchases.
Please note that any Customs charges/taxes that require payment in your country are your responsibility. Algodon cannot be held accountable for delays due to Customs clearance in your country.
Returns
If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase , return it for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Store credit never expires.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items purchased during a sale are eligible for exchange of size ONLY, if size is available. If not available, they are non-returnable.
Deal Of The Day & Custom Orders are FINAL SALE and are non-returnable.

CONDITIONS
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
Please be careful of any marks on the item. A 15% restocking fee may apply based on the condition of the item returned.
We do not offer price adjustments.
Shipping charges are not included in the store credit amount and customers will be responsible for any shipping cost accrued in the process of returning and exchanging a dress.
Please use a tracking service when sending your dress to us, as we will not be responsible for any loss in cases where we do not receive your returned items.
